Entry#29

Overall I think The Lottery was a great book and was very well written. I like the way it ended but I think the book almost ended in a rush. I wish that she spread the series of events at the end throughout the whole book. I felt that the book was over within 10 pages and everything happened way to fast in those ten pages. The beginning of the book I did not particularly favor because it was really slow and hard to get motivated to read it however in the middle and the end the book picked up really fast and was really interesting to read. I was happy that Sal got her friends back including a couple new ones but I didn't see the chemistry between Brydan and Sal. I wish instead of Brydan and Sal dating that Sal would actually end up dating Willis. I felt that the two of them had so much chemistry and potential. I didnot love this book it was just okay so I wouldn't recommend it to any one. However, if i were to give it a rating out of 100 I would rate it 72. The book could have been better but it was a good read.
