Entry#15

This chapter of The Lord of the Flies was very sad because they killed of Piggy in a gruesome way. I enjoyed that the tribes are having conflict and begin to have this war because it draws me into the book. I did not like that it was over stealing Piggy's glasses but even with a poor reason for war it was well written. I was very sad when Piggy died because he was the underdog in the story and I really felt for him, then in no way did the boys see "Maybe I should be nice to this guy." They had no self perseverance instead of dealing with the fact this boy is different they picked on him and at last murdered him. He struggled when he passed on as well which made this chapter even more sad. I felt I could relate to Piggy since he was being bullied and I have to been bullied in my life which made it that much harder that he died. This book is very good but really sad, now I am wondering what happens to the boys next? How will this end?
